- Proficiency with dialers
- Proven account management experience
- Familiarity with collection laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Windows 11 OS
- 2.0 GHz, 64-bit processor (Intel Core i5, 9th Gen or higher)
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Minimum 75 Mbps download and upload speed
- Hardwired fiber or cable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Contact clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Communicate professionally with customers to encourage repayment.
- Balance debt collection with maintaining customer trust.
- Utilize dialers for outreach.
