Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in technical SaaS or infrastructure.
  • 5-10+ years of quota-carrying sales closing experience.
  • Proven track record of over-performance.
  • Experience on a fast-growing, startup, or product-led sales team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by acquiring new customers.
  • Proactively source new leads and build a robust pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present value proposition to senior technical executives.
  • Manage and forecast sales pipeline in Hubspot.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Collect and share customer feedback for product development.
