- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, outbound prospecting, and collaboration with the Sales Development team.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and needs analysis through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Build strong business cases tailored to each prospect’s operational priorities.
- Partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce.
- Share customer insights and market feedback with leadership.
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
- Represent Poka at trade shows, industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual conferences.
