Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS or retail-tech sales experience.
  • History of ≥100% quota attainment.
  • Working knowledge of cannabis retail operations and state compliance rules.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and virtual demo tools.
  • Experience with BANT or similar sales methodologies.
  • Comfortable with 75%+ travel to sites and events.
  • Strong consultative presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, sequence, and qualify 12+ new dispensary accounts each week.
  • Build and maintain ≥ 4× quota pipeline coverage in HubSpot.
  • Lead discovery, ROI-focused demos, and multi-threaded negotiations.
  • Structure and close bundled contracts (POS, payments, text-messaging).
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and submit weekly commit forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on regional campaigns.
  • Capture product feedback and market trends for the product roadmap.
