Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS or retail-tech sales experience.
- History of ≥100% quota attainment.
- Working knowledge of cannabis retail operations and state compliance rules.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and virtual demo tools.
- Experience with BANT or similar sales methodologies.
- Comfortable with 75%+ travel to sites and events.
- Strong consultative presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, sequence, and qualify 12+ new dispensary accounts each week.
- Build and maintain ≥ 4× quota pipeline coverage in HubSpot.
- Lead discovery, ROI-focused demos, and multi-threaded negotiations.
- Structure and close bundled contracts (POS, payments, text-messaging).
- Maintain CRM hygiene and submit weekly commit forecasts.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on regional campaigns.
- Capture product feedback and market trends for the product roadmap.
