  • Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms like Workable
  • Experience with job boards like Indeed
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
  • Proficiency in Slack

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Write and post job ads across multiple platforms
  • Screen incoming applications for qualifications and cultural fit
  • Schedule interviews across time zones and prevent no-shows
  • Prepare interview kits and briefing notes for hiring managers
  • Track candidate status in the ATS and ensure process completion
  • Maintain professional communication and timely feedback with candidates
  • Document recruiting processes and maintain accurate hiring trackers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and suggest strategy improvements
