Requirements
- 2+ years in talent acquisition, HR recruitment, or full-cycle recruiting
- Capable of independently managing multiple requisitions
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Comfortable triaging candidates and coordinating interviews
- Detail-oriented with ability to track multiple parallel tasks
- Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms like Workable
- Experience with job boards like Indeed
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
- Proficiency in Slack
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Write and post job ads across multiple platforms
- Screen incoming applications for qualifications and cultural fit
- Schedule interviews across time zones and prevent no-shows
- Prepare interview kits and briefing notes for hiring managers
- Track candidate status in the ATS and ensure process completion
- Maintain professional communication and timely feedback with candidates
- Document recruiting processes and maintain accurate hiring trackers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and suggest strategy improvements
