Requirements

  • Experience in processing end-to-end Payroll or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of payroll specific to the region or sub-region of application.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Analytical mind and exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and escalations.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in English.
  • Proficient in using collaboration tools like Slack.
  • Team player with ability to mentor and support colleagues.
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as specialist level support for all inquiries or issues related to employee payroll runs.
  • Act as the regional specialist for all payroll-related matters in the DACH region.
  • Function as a main point of contact for urgent issues and customer escalations.
  • Join customer video calls to find quick solutions.
  • Work autonomously on customer escalations and diligently bring them to quick resolution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Payroll Operations, and other teams to deliver support.
  • Deliver premium support to assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
