Requirements
- Experience in processing end-to-end Payroll or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of payroll specific to the region or sub-region of application.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Analytical mind and exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and escalations.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent communication skills: fluent in English.
- Proficient in using collaboration tools like Slack.
- Team player with ability to mentor and support colleagues.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as specialist level support for all inquiries or issues related to employee payroll runs.
- Act as the regional specialist for all payroll-related matters in the DACH region.
- Function as a main point of contact for urgent issues and customer escalations.
- Join customer video calls to find quick solutions.
- Work autonomously on customer escalations and diligently bring them to quick resolution.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Payroll Operations, and other teams to deliver support.
- Deliver premium support to assigned customers to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
