Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, admissions, call center support, or related fields.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or enrollment support preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident and professional phone presence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficient with Google Workspace and basic office tools.
- Available to work during US business hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, chat, and web forms.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads.
- Schedule and coordinate campus tours with school administrators.
- Guide families through the enrollment process and explain school policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Build relationships with families through persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with school leaders to support enrollment goals.
- Track enrollment progress and provide status updates.
- Meet performance metrics regarding response times and lead conversion.
