- 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles
- Expertise in AI and automation (building workflows, AI tools, internal operations)
- Ability to design from first principles and operationalize at scale
- Strong facilitation skills and executive presence
- Experience developing managers and leaders
- Track record of building onboarding and/or high-potential talent programs
- Analytical and outcomes-driven mindset
- Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid growth
Responsibilities
- Owning and scaling the onboarding experience, serving as the primary facilitator
- Leading and evolving the H3RO manager development program
- Building and launching high-potential and emerging leader programs
- Shaping and driving the company’s AI enablement strategy
- Developing scalable program infrastructure using AI
- Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and performance barriers
- Facilitating learning experiences across levels
- Defining success metrics and refining programs
