- Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with substance use disorders, both in-person and via telehealth.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment and discharge plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including CBT, MI, and DBT.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinic team members to formulate and execute integrated patient care plans.
- Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care as needed.
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all relevant guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring disorders, and recovery resources.
- Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education.
