Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive L&D experience with program design and delivery.
  • Proven track record building or scaling new hire onboarding programs.
  • Deep fluency in instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Strong content development skills (curriculum, facilitator guides, decks).
  • Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring direct reports or staff.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and effective in remote environments.
  • Availability to work full-time during Central or Eastern Time.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS administration and e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise).

Responsibilities

  • Assume ownership and reimagine new hire onboarding and training programs.
  • Lead design and buildout of comprehensive, values-driven training experiences.
  • Hire, supervise, and mentor a Traveling Trainer role.
  • Lead end-to-end development of training content and instructional design.
  • Apply evidence-based learning theory to create measurable training materials.
  • Design and scale manager development and enablement programs.
  • Develop and maintain mentorship and career progression programs.
  • Support organizational change management through training and communications.
  • Define and track program success metrics like retention and proficiency.
