Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, or services strategy.
- Experience in technology services, consulting, or systems integrator environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop portfolio managers, analysts, or enablement teams.
- Strong familiarity with service catalog design, pricing models, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency with enterprise business systems (CRM, ERP, PSA, pricing/scoping tools).
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to build alignment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Expertise in process improvement and change management.
Responsibilities
- Own the services portfolio end-to-end including administration, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with leadership to define portfolio strategy and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain a portfolio governance model.
- Lead and develop a high-performing portfolio management and enablement team.
- Lead the full lifecycle of service offerings from concept to retirement.
- Govern pricing frameworks, service packaging, and financial thresholds.
- Provide leadership for go-to-market readiness and sales enablement.
- Establish portfolio performance reporting and conduct regular reviews.
