  • Lead and develop the North American team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) supporting multiple segments and regions across the business.
  • Maintain scalable onboarding, enablement, and career development programs for the Business Development team.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor daily and weekly KPIs, identifying underperformers early and executing performance management to maintain team standards.
  • Mentor and develop a team of 10 BDRs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and tools like Gong/Salesforce to improve coaching effectiveness, activity levels, and conversion metrics.
  • Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly pipeline and meeting targets.
  • Manage territory assignments and forecast team capacity.
  • Plan for personnel shifts and manage headcount transitions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to execute demand generation initiatives.
