Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in technical program management or related technical domains.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-year, multi-organization technical programs.
- Deep technical understanding of developer productivity systems (CI/CD, code review, observability).
- Understanding of AI/LLM agent workflows, governance, evals, and operational risks.
- Strong data-driven approach to measuring engineering and business outcomes.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of driving meaningful organizational and cultural change.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical/technical levels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to translate strategy into executable programs for AI-native development workflows.
- Define the operating model for AI adoption, including guardrails, success metrics, and risk management.
- Drive company-level alignment across infrastructure, security, product, and machine learning teams.
- Lead cultural change and adoption initiatives for new AI-assisted development workflows.
- Develop communication mechanisms to guide engineers and leaders through technical transitions.
- Build measurement systems to track developer productivity metrics and AI-assisted code quality.
- Manage AI governance, ensuring security, cost management, and compliance across systems.
- Use technical judgment to identify risks and guide trade-offs in CI/CD and developer tooling.
