Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or engineering-heavy roles.
- 2+ years of dedicated Product Management experience.
- Experience leading complex, cross-team technical initiatives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong working knowledge of distributed systems.
- Strong working knowledge of APIs.
- Strong working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong working knowledge of data platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with system reliability principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform services.
- Proactively identify and champion opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve platform scalability.
- Partner with engineering leaders to define architectural direction and platform standards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand dependencies and drive cross-team alignment.
- Translate platform strategy into clear, prioritized roadmaps, product briefs, epics, and user stories.
- Define and track success metrics, including SLAs, performance benchmarks, and adoption rates.
- Evaluate complex build vs. borrow vs. buy decisions and vendor integrations.
- Ensure platform services are well-documented, discoverable, and user-friendly.
