Requirements
- Experience in processing end-to-end Payroll
- Hands-on experience processing end-to-end payroll specifically for Germany and/or Switzerland
- Professional fluency in German
- Deep understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance standards within the DACH region
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Analytical mind and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Slack
- Ability to mentor and support colleagues
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency
Responsibilities
- Serve as specialist level support for all inquiries related to German and Swiss payroll runs
- Act as the regional specialist for all payroll-related matters in the assigned region
- Function as a main point of contact for urgent issues and customer escalations
- Join customer video calls to find quick solutions
- Work autonomously on customer escalations to reach resolution
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Payroll Operations teams to meet SLAs
- Deliver premium support to specific customers to ensure satisfaction
