Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Proven track record in sales of B2B SaaS, software, or IT solutions.
- Experience presenting and negotiating up to C-level.
- Fluent Spanish proficiency.
- Very good English skills.
- Excellent rhetorical communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
- High degree of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
- Sound knowledge of the local market and existing network of contacts (advantage).
- Experience with Salesforce (advantage).
Responsibilities
- Advise potential B2B customers on all the advantages of Lucanet software based on qualified leads and outbound activities.
- Identify the needs of prospects and develop individual, customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from the first pitch to the conclusion of the contract.
- Work closely with Solution Engineer or Professional Service teams during phases of the sales process.
- Achieve forecasted sales targets and ensure monthly and quarterly sales quotas are met.
- Present software solutions at specialist events and trade fairs.
- Conduct offline and online customer meetings.
