Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS, ideally in high-growth companies with $600M+ ARR.
  • High proficiency in the Salesforce, CPQ, and Ironclad ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of taking manual processes and turning them into automated workflows.
  • Deep understanding of subscription models (usage, seat-based, ramp deals, price caps).
  • Ability to build/follow legal playbooks as a process engineer.
  • Systems thinker with focus on efficiency, workflow, objects, fields, and triggers.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day intake, triage, and routing of customer contract requests in Ironclad.
  • Review commercial redlines and resolve standard contract changes.
  • Monitor contract status and drive deals toward signature.
  • Translate recurring contract requests into standardized, pre-approved clauses.
  • Ensure commercial contract terms are accurately captured and system-ready.
  • Maintain reliable contract metadata across Ironclad and Salesforce.
  • Define requirements and workflows for contracting operations.
  • Analyze contracting workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve deal velocity.
