Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in B2B manufacturing selling capital equipment.
  • History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region (30-50%).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends within the region.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Northeastern territory.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Identify and target potential new customers and markets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations Lead to develop accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive threats.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Utilize CRM tool for opportunity and quote management.
