- Develop professional relationships with key dealership stakeholders to maximize engagement and deepen penetration with financing programs and back-end products.
- Communicate rate sheet changes, program enhancements, and other information that will drive dealers' success with the program.
- Build, communicate, and execute on F&I program goals and objectives for your region.
- Identify, track, and report on dealer performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on OEM products, financing programs, back-end products for both Octane and its competitors.
- Train OEM and dealer partners on the value proposition of the program including, technical features, and other value added products.
- Achieve stated goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Complete monthly sales activities including dealer visits, phone calls, and emails.
- Attend OEM events, dealer events, and industry events as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
