  • Technical fluency in SaaS, cloud services, networking, and hardware systems.
  • Proven ability to manage through data, KPIs, and structured reviews.
  • Capability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.
  • Familiarity with public safety systems like CAD or RMS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 15 Technical Account Managers.
  • Set operational standards for execution quality and customer engagement.
  • Oversee portfolio-level delivery of hardware deployments and software implementations.
  • Act as an escalation point for agency leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive performance management and skills development across the team.
  • Monitor metrics such as adoption, CSAT, NPS, and deployment timelines.
  • Ensure coverage across embedded, regional, and traveling engagement models.
