- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple delivery models.
- Executive presence for engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Technical fluency in SaaS, cloud services, networking, and hardware systems.
- Proven ability to manage through data, KPIs, and structured reviews.
- Capability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance.
- Familiarity with public safety systems like CAD or RMS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 15 Technical Account Managers.
- Set operational standards for execution quality and customer engagement.
- Oversee portfolio-level delivery of hardware deployments and software implementations.
- Act as an escalation point for agency leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Drive performance management and skills development across the team.
- Monitor metrics such as adoption, CSAT, NPS, and deployment timelines.
- Ensure coverage across embedded, regional, and traveling engagement models.
