- Ability to discuss RBAC and Tenant Isolation patterns.
- Ability to communicate with both technical engineers and executives.
- Proactive management of success plans and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer onboardings.
- Build and maintain customer success plans.
- Translate platform adoption into business outcomes.
- Own customer relationship cadence including Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Engage with platform engineers on technical architecture.
- Own the renewal and expansion motion.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer.
