Responsibilities
- Project manage enterprise onboarding and integration, ensuring successful launches.
- Monitor product/program/project from initiation to delivery.
- Identify customer goals and translate them into technical setups.
- Own communication regarding technical issues, requirements, and solutions.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and provide technical guidance.
- Manage timelines, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
- Develop best practices and assets for scaling.
- Represent the customer internally as a customer advocate.
