Responsibilities

  • Project manage enterprise onboarding and integration, ensuring successful launches.
  • Monitor product/program/project from initiation to delivery.
  • Identify customer goals and translate them into technical setups.
  • Own communication regarding technical issues, requirements, and solutions.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and provide technical guidance.
  • Manage timelines, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
  • Develop best practices and assets for scaling.
  • Represent the customer internally as a customer advocate.
