  • High attention to detail in documentation.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound HVAC and plumbing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Convert customer inquiries into booked service appointments.
  • Schedule appointments accurately and coordinate technician availability.
  • Promote HVAC and plumbing membership programs and additional services.
  • Handle escalated or frustrated customers calmly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and call notes in the CRM.
  • Follow call scripts, scheduling procedures, and internal workflows.
  • Contribute ideas to improve booking conversion and scheduling efficiency.
