- Ability to work U.S. business hours.
- Comfortable handling high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound HVAC and plumbing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Convert customer inquiries into booked service appointments.
- Schedule appointments accurately and coordinate technician availability.
- Promote HVAC and plumbing membership programs and additional services.
- Handle escalated or frustrated customers calmly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and call notes in the CRM.
- Follow call scripts, scheduling procedures, and internal workflows.
- Contribute ideas to improve booking conversion and scheduling efficiency.
