Requirements
- 2–6 years in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of subscription economics
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with raw data
- Experience building dashboards and interpreting cohort analysis
- AI-native: actively using AI to improve output
- Comfortable building systems from zero
- Strong written communication
- Experience with HubSpot, PostHog, Whop, Circle (preferred)
- Fintech, Crypto, or Web3 experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage member communication via email, WhatsApp, and HubSpot
- Answer member questions on deal mechanics and SPV logistics
- Drive member renewals and tier upgrades
- Proactively engage members throughout their lifecycle
- Define and tune Member Health score models
- Monitor KPIs including renewal rate and deal participation
- Build scalable systems and playbooks for member success
