Requirements

  • 2–6 years in Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of subscription economics
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with raw data
  • Experience building dashboards and interpreting cohort analysis
  • AI-native: actively using AI to improve output
  • Comfortable building systems from zero
  • Strong written communication
  • Experience with HubSpot, PostHog, Whop, Circle (preferred)
  • Fintech, Crypto, or Web3 experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage member communication via email, WhatsApp, and HubSpot
  • Answer member questions on deal mechanics and SPV logistics
  • Drive member renewals and tier upgrades
  • Proactively engage members throughout their lifecycle
  • Define and tune Member Health score models
  • Monitor KPIs including renewal rate and deal participation
  • Build scalable systems and playbooks for member success
