Requirements

  • 4–6 years of work experience in Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, or a relevant field.
  • Experience working in the Google Suite, including building slides and working in sheets.
  • Proven history of net direct new business sales and consistent delivery against targets.
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building positive internal and customer relationships.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • High motivation, resilience, and ambition.

Responsibilities

  • Own the East territory and full sales cycle for employers with 250-5,000 employees.
  • Build a pipeline working with brokers or directly with employers.
  • Partner with the VP, Growth to develop and execute a regional business plan.
  • Manage multiple sales contracts simultaneously.
  • Strengthen relationships through regular engagement, including face-to-face meetings and Lunch and Learns.
  • Prioritize attendance at key industry events.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews with the VP, Growth.
