Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
- Background in software, SaaS, or professional services.
- Track record of new logo acquisition and quota attainment.
- Experience selling ECM solutions (OpenText, Hyland, IBM).
- Experience with XML, SCM, CCMS, DITA, or related technologies.
- Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles.
- Ability to travel 10-30% per month.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter capable of hunting and farming.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
- Drive complex sales processes from consultation to closing.
- Identify and close new enterprise accounts.
- Manage sales pipeline to achieve annual quota.
- Develop strategies to expand existing customer relationships.
- Lead consultative discussions with technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to craft proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
- Maintain sales forecasts and CRM data.
