Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience
- 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience
- Experience in Financial Services and/or consultative sales
- Ability to engage multiple stakeholders including Legal, IT, Security, and Finance
- Proficiency with CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of accountability
- Ability to compute basic business math
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities
- Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
- Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business
- Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to qualify leads and sales opportunities
- Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues regarding billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic financial plans for customers
- Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance
- Effectively manage a pipeline working within a defined sales process
- Communicate the status of deals to internal management including senior leadership
