Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and job experience
  • 1+ years of prior full sales cycle experience
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or consultative sales
  • Ability to engage multiple stakeholders including Legal, IT, Security, and Finance
  • Proficiency with CRM programs (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Ability to compute basic business math
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region or list of accounts
  • Own the full cycle sales process including prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing renewal business
  • Provide recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to qualify leads and sales opportunities
  • Handle inbound customer communication and organize/escalate issues regarding billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build strategic financial plans for customers
  • Educate customers on the value of Cash Advance
  • Effectively manage a pipeline working within a defined sales process
  • Communicate the status of deals to internal management including senior leadership
