- Own the East territory and full sales cycle for employers with 250-5,000 employees.
- Build a pipeline working with brokers or directly with employers.
- Partner with the VP, Growth to develop and execute a regional business plan.
- Manage multiple sales contracts simultaneously.
- Strengthen relationships through regular engagement, including face-to-face meetings and Lunch and Learns.
- Prioritize attendance at key industry events.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot.
- Participate in weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews with the VP, Growth.
