Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or support roles.
  • Comfortable running live customer calls and screen shares.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technically curious and comfortable learning software quickly.
  • Experience with CRM and workflow tools like GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, Loom, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with field service software like ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or AccuLynx is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run 20-30 minute onboarding calls with new customers.
  • Guide customers through CRM integration setup for systems like ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, Jobber, or Housecall Pro.
  • Drive customers toward activation and verified review capture.
  • Maintain and iterate on established onboarding playbooks and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Sales for warm handoffs and ensure all pre-call requirements are met.
  • Transition activated customers to Customer Success with detailed account notes.
  • Track and report on onboarding KPIs including completion and activation rates.
