Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • 7-10+ years of proven work experience in Customer Success at a fast-moving HCM or SaaS company.
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 or national accounts.
  • Background in business development or sales.
  • Experience working in cross-functional collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot, Catalyst, and MS Office.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics or KPIs.
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving domain.

Responsibilities

  • Manage account lifecycle from kickoff through launch and beyond.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
  • Drive value-based dialogues to define and communicate success and value metrics.
  • Develop deep relationships with operational and leadership stakeholders including C-level.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to maximize adoption.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to meet client needs.
