Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise client management at a SaaS company
- Experience in email and/or digital marketing preferred
- Strong technical aptitude for marketing data and campaign optimization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Engineering, Sales)
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proven track record in dynamic, autonomous environments
- Skilled negotiator
Responsibilities
- Own client success plans and ensure delivery across internal teams.
- Manage executive relationships and serve as primary client point of contact.
- Develop technical understanding of client data and martech strategies.
- Drive renewals, contract negotiations, and account expansion.
- Participate in pre-sales discovery and business development meetings.
- Partner with Channel Growth & Partnership teams.
- Proactively manage competitive threats.
- Maintain high-level project organization across multiple clients.
