- 6+ years in project management, account management, or client success.
- Direct agency experience.
- Proven experience managing multi-project portfolios.
- Operational discipline with task management systems.
- Strong AI tool fluency.
- Experience managing digital products (websites, apps, SaaS).
- Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- US-based with availability during Central Time.
Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale relationship with senior client stakeholders.
- Manage sprint operations and capacity planning across cross-functional teams.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and value reporting.
- Lead onboarding and project kickoffs.
- Handle scope change management and renewals.
- Maintain high-trust relationships and client health tracking.
- Communicate risks and project status to senior stakeholders.
