  • Supporting renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth.
  • Navigating escalations and maintaining client trust.
  • Collaborating across time zones with distributed teams.
  • Utilizing CRM tools like Monday.com.
  • Communicating confidently via Zoom, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, high-touch service that drives renewals and grows partnerships across print and digital platforms.
  • Provide white-glove support for clients and Area Directors.
  • Gather assets, set up campaigns, and conduct post-launch check-ins.
  • Maintain CRM and billing records and resolve account questions.
  • Renew clients and identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
  • Manage client accounts across ongoing services and retainers.
  • Analyze and report on service performance, SLAs, and client outcomes.
  • Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and workflows.
  • Identify risks early and escalate issues.
