Requirements
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise B2B service clients in a remote environment.
- Acting as the primary post-sale, strategic point of contact.
- Leading client onboarding, discovery, and expectation-setting.
- Running recurring status calls, QBRs, and performance reviews.
- Supporting renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth.
- Navigating escalations and maintaining client trust.
- Collaborating across time zones with distributed teams.
- Utilizing CRM tools like Monday.com.
- Communicating confidently via Zoom, phone, and email.
Responsibilities
- Deliver responsive, high-touch service that drives renewals and grows partnerships across print and digital platforms.
- Provide white-glove support for clients and Area Directors.
- Gather assets, set up campaigns, and conduct post-launch check-ins.
- Maintain CRM and billing records and resolve account questions.
- Renew clients and identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
- Manage client accounts across ongoing services and retainers.
- Analyze and report on service performance, SLAs, and client outcomes.
- Maintain process documentation, playbooks, and workflows.
- Identify risks early and escalate issues.
