Requirements

  • 6+ years of Customer Success experience in enterprise SaaS
  • Full lifecycle management: implementation, onboarding, and renewal
  • Track record of measurable improvements in adoption, NRR, or CSAT
  • Comfort with technical SaaS workflows and C-suite business discussions
  • Strong multithreading skills within accounts
  • Data-driven mindset for identifying opportunities and value storytelling
  • Consultative and strategic approach to customer success
  • Experience building scalable processes in fast-growing environments
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for in-person stakeholder meetings

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of largest Enterprise and Strategic customers (10K+ employees)
  • Drive adoption and expansion by identifying new use cases and business units
  • Onboard and enable new customers via tailored rollout and training programs
  • Serve as strategic advisor to executive sponsors
  • Lead QBRs and EBRs to communicate business outcomes and ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Marketing teams
  • Manage complex renewals and upsells to ensure retention and growth
  • Partner with Expansion Account Executives to execute account growth strategies
  • Spearhead customer-led initiatives like success playbooks and enablement programs
