  • Strong analytical mindset to drive actionable insights.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CS tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, Salesforce, or Catalyst.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-value, strategic customers.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend tailored use cases.
  • Act as a consultant and thought partner to C-level executives.
  • Conduct impactful Business Reviews to articulate ROI.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally to product and sales teams.
  • Proactively identify challenges and provide creative, scalable solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure renewals and expansion.
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver a high-impact customer experience.
