Requirements

- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and advocacy.
- Executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations and strategic guidance.
- Strong analytical mindset to drive actionable insights.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Hands-on experience with CS tools like Gainsight, ChurnZero, Salesforce, or Catalyst.
Responsibilities
- Build deep, trusted relationships with a portfolio of high-value, strategic customers.
- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend tailored use cases.
- Act as a consultant and thought partner to C-level executives.
- Conduct impactful Business Reviews to articulate ROI.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally to product and sales teams.
- Proactively identify challenges and provide creative, scalable solutions.
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to ensure renewals and expansion.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver a high-impact customer experience.
