Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based Customer Success role with renewal and expansion responsibility.
  • B2B merchant services experience.
  • Deep understanding of payment processing models (gateway/processor/acquirer/payfac/ISO).
  • Expertise in disputes, chargebacks, settlement, funding, underwriting, and reconciliation.
  • Proven experience advising CFOs and AR/Cash Application leaders.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to assess success.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage long-term relationships across a book of business.
  • Transition customers from onboarding through long-term adoption and growth.
  • Facilitate training, enablement, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
  • Maintain Strategic Account Plans and drive retention/growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer needs for product development.
  • Act as an escalation point for high-severity requests.
  • Provide expert guidance on payment-processing, pricing, interchange, and risk management.
