Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based Customer Success role with renewal and expansion responsibility.
- B2B merchant services experience.
- Deep understanding of payment processing models (gateway/processor/acquirer/payfac/ISO).
- Expertise in disputes, chargebacks, settlement, funding, underwriting, and reconciliation.
- Proven experience advising CFOs and AR/Cash Application leaders.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to assess success.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage long-term relationships across a book of business.
- Transition customers from onboarding through long-term adoption and growth.
- Facilitate training, enablement, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Maintain Strategic Account Plans and drive retention/growth strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer needs for product development.
- Act as an escalation point for high-severity requests.
- Provide expert guidance on payment-processing, pricing, interchange, and risk management.
