Responsibilities
- Execute daily outbound collections via phone and email until payment is received or commitment is secured.
- Investigate billing issues and payment discrepancies to identify root causes.
- Open, track, and resolve cases in Salesforce.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding payments and billing status.
- Maintain clean and audit-ready records within the CRM.
- Recommend workflow and process improvements to reduce billing errors and escalations.
