Responsibilities

  • Investigate billing issues and payment discrepancies to identify root causes.
  • Open, track, and resolve cases in Salesforce.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding payments and billing status.
  • Maintain clean and audit-ready records within the CRM.
  • Recommend workflow and process improvements to reduce billing errors and escalations.
