Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries
- Qualify leads efficiently
- Provide customized service quotes
- Handle objections and close deals
- Conduct post-service follow-ups
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor automated text communications
- Assist with schedule changes, delays, and cancellations
- Conduct light outreach to potential cleaner candidates
- Perform brief initial screening calls and schedule interviews
