Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related course.
- Hands-on experience with Xero and/or MYOB Accounting Right.
- 2 to 3 years of generalist AP process maturity.
- Invoice review, cost coding, statement reconciliation, payment lifecycle awareness.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring all project-specific Outlook inboxes daily.
- Reviewing invoices and subcontractor claims for entity, ABN and basic detail accuracy.
- Coding invoices to the correct cost code in Procore.
- Pushing invoices through Procore so OneCore syncs them to the relevant Xero or MYOB file as DRAFT.
- Attaching payment schedules to subcontractor claims.
- Maintaining vendor contact records in the accounting system.
- Chasing and reconciling monthly vendor statements against the ledger.
- End-of-day handover note summarising actioned, flagged and outstanding items.
