  • Experience with ShipBob or similar US-centric shipping/logistics software.
  • Background in dedicated e-commerce/retail BPO campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate naturally and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain info@ and support@ email inboxes with a 24-hour response time.
  • Audit bad reviews on Trustpilot and Stamped.io and conduct proactive outreach to improve ratings.
  • Monitor and engage with customers on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
  • Manage subscription cancellations and perform retention saves via Recharge.
  • Troubleshoot lost or delayed packages using ShipBob.
  • Track tickets, response times, and resolution data for weekly management reports.
