- Experience with ShipBob or similar US-centric shipping/logistics software.
- Background in dedicated e-commerce/retail BPO campaigns.
- Ability to communicate naturally and solve problems independently.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain info@ and support@ email inboxes with a 24-hour response time.
- Audit bad reviews on Trustpilot and Stamped.io and conduct proactive outreach to improve ratings.
- Monitor and engage with customers on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Manage subscription cancellations and perform retention saves via Recharge.
- Troubleshoot lost or delayed packages using ShipBob.
- Track tickets, response times, and resolution data for weekly management reports.
