- Fluent written English with a natural, warm, non-templated communication style.
- Ability to treat customer cancellations as opportunities for conversation.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Analytical ability to identify trends and patterns in support tickets.
- Ability to work independently and own the role.
Responsibilities
- Respond to info@ and support@ email inboxes within 24 hours.
- Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook, Instagram, and X daily.
- Perform subscription management via Recharge, including cancellation save attempts.
- Conduct proactive outreach to former customers on Trustpilot, Stamped, and social media.
- Manage reviews on Trustpilot and Stamped.
- Track tickets, response times, resolution types, and cancellation save statistics.
- Provide weekly reports to management.
