  • Shopify experience.
  • Recharge experience strongly preferred.
  • Fluent written English with a natural, warm, non-templated communication style.
  • Ability to treat customer cancellations as opportunities for conversation.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy.
  • Analytical ability to identify trends and patterns in support tickets.
  • Ability to work independently and own the role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to info@ and support@ email inboxes within 24 hours.
  • Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook, Instagram, and X daily.
  • Perform subscription management via Recharge, including cancellation save attempts.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to former customers on Trustpilot, Stamped, and social media.
  • Manage reviews on Trustpilot and Stamped.
  • Track tickets, response times, resolution types, and cancellation save statistics.
  • Provide weekly reports to management.
