Requirements
- 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (account management, marketing).
- Fluent in Portuguese (Spanish accepted as an alternative).
- Experience in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing).
- Strong aptitude for digital strategies in the Brazilian/LATAM market.
- Network of affiliate marketing relationships in LATAM.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the growth of clients through creation of high potential relationships and optimization of publishers.
- Follow client-approved processes for paid placements and partner optimizations.
- Serves as a subject matter expert across partners and client verticals.
- Identifies and recruits high-quality partners with strong revenue potential.
- Optimizes opportunities with top publishers on behalf of the client.
- Participates in client calls to pitch opportunities and manage strategy.
- Creates and owns partner strategy including recruitment and paid placement initiatives.
- Pivots strategies based on client goals and performance data.
