- Manage a healthy P&L with existing portfolio of accounts within Direct, SOW & MSP space.
- Develop effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives for new clients and categories.
- Work with senior management on growth initiatives and programs.
- Formulate strategies to achieve team targets.
- Identify and fill RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with the proposal team.
- Conduct regular onsite visits with clients.
- Attend community networking events.
- Manage relationships with hiring leaders, department heads, and procurement teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and scorecards.
- Serve as the overall point of escalation for current clients.
