Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
  • 5+ years of experience in Direct, SOW, and MSP-based client engagements in the commercial sector.
  • 3+ years of experience in the oil, gas, and energy industry (preferred).
  • Proven experience sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFI/RFPs.
  • Experience building sales automation systems and leveraging AI for outreach.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to set and execute strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand portfolio of key accounts within Direct, SOW & MSP space.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management on growth initiatives.
  • Identify, qualify, and lead RFI/RFP submissions.
  • Conduct onsite client visits and attend networking events.
  • Manage P&L and monitor client satisfaction via quality metrics.
  • Serve as primary point of escalation for current clients.
