Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management and Business Development.
- 5+ years of experience in Direct, SOW, and MSP-based client engagements in the commercial sector.
- 3+ years of experience in the oil, gas, and energy industry (preferred).
- Proven experience sourcing, qualifying, and filling RFI/RFPs.
- Experience building sales automation systems and leveraging AI for outreach.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to set and execute strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand portfolio of key accounts within Direct, SOW & MSP space.
- Develop and execute sales plans to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management on growth initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and lead RFI/RFP submissions.
- Conduct onsite client visits and attend networking events.
- Manage P&L and monitor client satisfaction via quality metrics.
- Serve as primary point of escalation for current clients.
