Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, AV, display, or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and project-based sales cycles.
  • Experience selling technology solutions such as hospitality TVs, digital signage, or AV systems.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong technical sales acumen and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across an assigned hospitality territory focusing on new build, renovation, and replacement opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of hotel ownership groups, management companies, purchasing agents, and resellers.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned with KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Serve as primary contact for customers and resellers to support deal execution.
  • Build senior-level relationships with customers and partners.
  • Own go-to-market execution across reseller channels including lead generation and pricing strategy.
  • Design reseller enablement strategies including sales training and performance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and Salesforce data.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, pricing discussions, and roadmap presentations.
  • Travel up to 60% to customer sites, meetings, and industry events.
