Requirements

  • Deeply connected in the Natural Foods / CPG industry.
  • Proven experience sourcing and moving opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Strong communicator and presenter comfortable engaging with founders and executives.
  • Highly skilled at building compelling decks and collateral.
  • Operationally strong with the ability to manage a dynamic pipeline.
  • Experience using syndicated data tools (e.g., SPINS, Aislytics).
  • Experience working alongside and supporting C-level executives.
  • Mission-aligned with a commitment to sustainability.
  • Self-starter with a resourceful, do-what-it-takes mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Work side by side with the CGO to turn big picture strategy into real, executable revenue plans.
  • Proactively hunt, qualify, and move deals forward for enterprise and emerging brands, data platforms, and partnerships.
  • Take ownership of early-stage growth from discovery through to close.
  • Utilize syndicated data (e.g., SPINS) to identify and target the right brands.
  • Build and sharpen selling tools including pitch decks, partnership decks, and ROI models.
  • Maintain a pulse on the business through CRM pipeline reporting.
  • Show up as a face and voice of the organization in the Natural CPG world.
  • Identify and execute opportunities within the current portfolio to expand coverage.
