Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, partner management, or sales.
- Experience managing large books of business while balancing volume with impact.
- Strategic, data-driven approach to creating actionable growth plans.

Responsibilities
- Manage a scaled book of 400-500 HubSpot Partners using one-to-one and one-to-many strategies.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for nurture, retention, and growth.
- Enable partners via 1-to-many small group consulting on go-to-market strategies.
- Act as a liaison between partners and ecosystem resources.
- Drive partner sales and support active pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Design and optimize scalable playbooks, workflows, and engagement models.
- Integrate DI&B principles into partner development activities.
