Requirements
- 12+ years of FP&A experience in SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Significant experience supporting GTM or Sales functions.
- 5+ years of people management and team scaling experience.
- Proven track record of ARR and top-line revenue forecasting.
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite and VP-level executives.
- Demonstrated ownership of large, complex budgets and commissions modeling.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level narrative reporting.
- Experience with FP&A tools like Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive.
- Experience with financial systems like NetSuite or Coupa.
Responsibilities
- Own financial strategy, planning, and performance management for GTM.
- Lead top-line forecasting including ARR, revenue, and RPO.
- Own customer count and ARR reporting for disclosures.
- Drive annual and long-range planning for GTM.
- Serve as strategic finance partner to the CRO, SVP, and VP of Revenue Operations.
- Manage GTM spend of approximately $150M.
- Anticipate trends and stress-test assumptions for executive stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing FP&A team.
- Champion the development of scalable financial models and automation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Data, and Business Operations.
