Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of procurement and sourcing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
- 2–5 years of experience at the Director level.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven process transformation.
- Proven track record of cost savings and process improvement.
- Deep understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and risk mitigation.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and agentic platforms (e.g., Claude).
- Experience implementing or scaling procurement tools (e.g., CLM, spend management).
- Exceptional cross-functional relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve procurement strategy with an AI-first mindset.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on vendor strategy.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Operations.
- Champion AI-driven process adoption across the organization.
- Lead strategic sourcing, RFP management, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle and vendor performance.
- Design and implement AI-powered procurement workflows.
- Develop dashboards for tracking procurement KPIs and performance metrics.
