Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, including direct team management responsibility.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing sales or account management teams.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and performance delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with a people-first management approach.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with dynamic reporting tools and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8+ field sales and account management professionals across France.
  • Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer retention, upselling, and account growth.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring the achievement of renewal, expansion, and win-back objectives.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one coaching sessions and field visits to support team members during client meetings when needed.
  • Assess individual performance and support continuous professional development across the team.
  • Own and manage the performance of an existing B2B client portfolio, including caterers and event venues.
  • Drive customer retention strategies to maximize contract renewals and long-term client value.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Lead win-back initiatives to re-engage lost or inactive customers.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
