- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role, including direct team management responsibility.
- Proven track record of successfully leading high-performing sales or account management teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer retention, revenue growth, and performance delivery.
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with a people-first management approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with dynamic reporting tools and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8+ field sales and account management professionals across France.
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer retention, upselling, and account growth.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring the achievement of renewal, expansion, and win-back objectives.
- Conduct regular one-to-one coaching sessions and field visits to support team members during client meetings when needed.
- Assess individual performance and support continuous professional development across the team.
- Own and manage the performance of an existing B2B client portfolio, including caterers and event venues.
- Drive customer retention strategies to maximize contract renewals and long-term client value.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Lead win-back initiatives to re-engage lost or inactive customers.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.
